Kate's passion for the beautiful history & current circumstances of New Mexico's Santo Domingo Pueblo, has given her the drive to filcilitate & provide support in continued education & basic needs for the youth of this pueblo.
Kate has been traveling to the Santo Domingo Pueblo for over 10 years now. The relationships she built during her adventures to New Mexico marks the beginning of her vision to start a non-profit that we now call: The Children of the Pueblo.
As an artist herself, the importance of preserving traditional art and language is the huge drive behind Kate's non-prophet organization. Her biggest goal is to help preserve the beauty of these people forever. Kate has inspired everyone in her life to help, to learn, and to become friends with the community of the Santo Domingo Pueblo.
Among many other things, Kate is responsible for raising thousands of dollars to put toward scholarships for teenagers to further their education by attending college.
